Platform features
Built for the way you actually work.
Every feature on this page is live in the app today: what we check before a provider goes live, how money is held while the work happens, and how the record of a job is kept. No bolted-on ad-tech, no pay-per-lead games, and no surprise quotes.
What you get
What every marketplace should have. Most don’t.
Identity verification
Every provider passes a Stripe Identity check before going live. ID + selfie verified against a government-issued document — no exceptions for high-risk trades.
License verification
Electricians, barbers, tattoo artists, and 15 other licensed trades have their state license verified before the Licensed badge appears. The badge on a profile means we checked.
Flat subscription, no lead fees
One monthly plan covers every booking, estimate, and customer message. No pay-per-lead, no bidding wars — and you keep every customer you win.
Two-sided blind reviews
Customer rates provider, provider rates customer — neither side sees the other's score until both submit or 72 hours pass. No retaliatory reviews, no review-bombing.
Money held until it's done
Deposits are held securely through Stripe and release to the provider only after the job is complete. Disputes pause the payout while eLinked mediates.
Matching close to home
Search by trade and see the providers who serve your area and have set their hours. We open one area at a time, so the people you see can actually show up.
The Job Board
Customers post the jobs they need done. You see the open jobs in your trades, send your estimate, and the customer chooses who gets the work — demand comes to you instead of you chasing leads.
Share your work
Your profile is your storefront: your services, your prices, and a portfolio of photos and videos of your work. Videos you post also appear in the Explore feed, where customers browse by trade.
Messages and records, in one place
Message each other in the app, where the whole job lives. Photos, permits, receipts and the before-and-after stay on the booking, where both of you can see them.
A Verified badge confirms a provider’s identity and, for licensed trades, current licensing at the time of the check. It is not an endorsement and is not a guarantee of the quality, safety, or timeliness of any provider’s work — please review each provider for your specific job. See our Terms for the full verification policy.
For customers
From the first search to the last payment.
Here is what happens when you hire through eLinked, in the order it happens.
Find a pro who has already been checked
Search for what you need across the whole catalog, with or without an account: a mover for the first of the month, a dog groomer before the holidays, a painter for the spare room. Every provider you see has passed an identity check, and licensed trades have shown us their license.
See the real profile before you decide
Prices, services, hours and a portfolio of finished work are right on the profile. Reviews come only from completed, paid bookings, so what you read actually happened.
Book with a deposit
Pick a service, check availability and book with a deposit that holds the appointment. Need a price first? Ask for an estimate and the provider sends one in the app.
Or post the job and let the estimates come to you
Write up the work, add photos and a budget, and post it to the Job Board. Providers in that trade send estimates, you compare them and pick one, and the job runs like any other booking.
Your money waits until the work is done
Deposits are held securely through Stripe and release to the provider only after the job is complete. Disputes pause the payout while eLinked mediates.
Everything about the job, in one place
Message the provider in the app, keep photos, permits and receipts on the booking, and rate each other when it is done. Neither side sees the other's review until both are in.
For providers
Your storefront, your jobs, your crew.
Everything a growing business needs to get found, get booked and get paid, on one flat monthly plan. Whether you are working alone today or already running a crew, it is the same app.
Your storefront
Your profile lists up to three trades and the services you offer, with your prices, your hours, your service area and the deposit you ask for. Add photos and videos of finished work to your portfolio: a caterer's spread, a welder's finished gate.
Found in search and in Explore
When a customer nearby searches for what you do, your profile is what they see and where they book. The videos you post also appear in the Explore feed, where customers browse by trade.
The Job Board
Customers post the jobs they need done. You see them under Open Jobs in your trades, tap Send an Estimate, and the customer chooses who gets the work. Demand comes to you.
Money, handled
Customers book with a deposit. Deposits are held securely through Stripe and release to you only after the job is done, and you are paid through the app. If something goes wrong, disputes pause the payout while eLinked mediates. You accept or decline every request; eLinked never assigns a job to you.
Run a crew
From working alone to running the whole team.
Start on your own. When you bring someone on, the Starter plan gives them their own work sign-in and their own jobs. When the crew grows, the Professional plan adds the tools to run it from your phone.
Starter
2 – 3 people
- Bring on up to two team members.
- Each member signs in with their own work sign-in, never your account.
- Assign a job to a team member and it lands on their schedule.
- Members see their jobs, their calendar and the customer's messages, and never your pricing.
- Members message customers and add job photos as your company.
Professional
4 – 6 people
Everything in Starter, plus:
Timecards on every job
Members clock in and out of each job from their phone and add a note. A Who's Working view shows you who is clocked in, and on which job.
Check-ins at job milestones
At clock-in, clock-out, breaks and job completion, the app records one check-in with the member's location. Only on the clock, never in between, and every member can see their own.
Timesheet approvals
Review and approve the crew's hours before they count. Nobody approves their own timesheet unless you switch that on for them, and then the record says so permanently. Every approval shows who signed off, and whether the approver changed the hours first.
A Team Manager who keeps jobs moving
Name a Team Manager who can assign and reassign jobs, approve the crew's timecards and keep the day moving while you are on site. Billing, sign-ins and hiring stay with you.
Reassign a single visit on a repeat job
On a repeat job, move one visit to a different team member without touching the rest of the series.
Job checklists
Give each job a checklist so the crew knows what done looks like, and you can see what has been ticked off.
Daily logs
An end-of-day note and photos on the job, so tomorrow starts where today left off.
Before-and-after galleries customers can see
Pair the before and the after on a job and share the gallery with the customer.
Documentation trail
The whole job, on the record.
Peace of mind you can both point to. Every booking keeps a shared record the two of you can see — add the permit, the receipt, the invoice, and the before-and-after photos, right on the job.
- What one of you uploads, the other sees — up to 20 items per booking.
- Photos or PDFs — the receipt, the permit, the before and the after.
- No more digging through texts and emails for the paperwork.
Screen images simulated.
Side by side
Compete on quality. Win on merit.
A line-by-line comparison against the lead-gen platforms most providers know too well.

| Provider protection | Customer no-shows = your loss | No-show forfeits the deposit; payment held in escrow until the job's done |
| Communication | Endless voicemails, email forwarding | Messaging inside the app, with the whole job in one place |
| Booking documentation | Photos and paperwork scattered across texts and email | A shared photo + document record on every booking — both sides, one place |
| Geographic reach | Diluted nationwide, low local match quality | Close to home — one market opened at a time |
| What customers pay | Hidden markups you find out about later | No account fee, no subscription — you pay when you book |
